"The location is superb. The 9th is a fabulous area, not only beautiful but packed with great restaurants, bars and bistrots, grocery stores etc.. Although generally calm and quiet area it is located very closely to the nightlife of Paris as well. Within a 45 minute walk to most places a tourist would want to see. (Keep in mind I am a big walker though) Metro is very close by as well."

"Badly isolated (which apparently is the norm in Paris). Earplugs def solved this issue though. This is a next level complaint, I know but omg what would I do for fitted sheets."

"The property was new and clean. You can find everything whatever you need there. Also the building has a nice communal areas like living room, kitchen, garden, laundry room and gym."

"This Montmartre apartment was my sanctuary for writing. Steps from poetic landmarks like the Montmartre Cemetery, Dalida’s bust, Parc de la Turlure, Heine’s residence, and the Gustave Moreau Museum (often free on select days), it offers rich inspiration. Downstairs, a street of guitar shops sets an artistic tone—painters, poets, and musicians all around. Carrefour is a 1-minute walk; for cheaper meat, Intermarché Express is close too. Saturdays, visit the local market at Marché d’Anvers. Essentials are easily found at Søstrene Grene nearby—great service and quality. The apartment has three secure locks—ideal for solo female travelers. Free washer and dryer included. Bring your own toiletries and trash bags. I loved it—safe, inspiring, and perfectly located."

"Ottima posizione. Appartamento in ottime condizioni e pratico per lunghi soggiorni. Include pentole e alcuni materiali per pulire. Sono molto pratiche le lavatrici+asciugatrici al piano terra, per gestire le lenzuola."

"1)Durante il mio soggiorno il riscaldamento centralizzato non funzionava. Sia io che altri inquilini del 5 piano abbiamo chiamato più volte il servizio clienti per risolvere il problema - che però non è stato risolto in tempo. Dal condizionatore usciva aria fredda anche se il termostato era impostato a 20°. 2)La gestione della prenotazione non è mai stata semplice. Il portale Joivy registra una prenotazione parallela a quella di Booking, causando l'invio di email automatiche che creano problemi. Esempio 1: mi si richiedeva di saldare affitto e pulizie iniziali nonostante il pagamento su Booking. Esempio 2: ho ricevuto email in cui mi si chiedeva di pulire la stanza per il check-out (incluso lavare lenzuola) per poi scoprire che non era richiesto. Ho passato mezza giornata a pulire a fondo per nulla. Bisogna armarsi di pazienza a contattare la struttura al telefono, la comunicazione via mail usando gli indirizzi ricevuti via email dal sito di Joivy è sempre stata confusa e poco affidabile. (Al telefono -numero inglese- però sono sempre stati disponibili e chiari). 3)Un'asciugatrice e due lavatrici erano guaste, rendendo più difficile trovare un posto libero per lavare la biancheria fuori durante orari non-lavorativi."
